Afternoon tea at Popinjays-not recommend

令人失望，食物質素一般，服務差，不會推介，不值得去

The Murray is located in a very remote and it is on the mid level , you need to do hiking in 35 degree which is quite hot....

I would suggest you taking taxi or driving to there.
 地方比較偏僻喺山上面，夏天三十五度行上去都辛苦下身水身汗，如果真係要係酷熱天氣下行上去，小編建議坐的士或者坐私家車。

The waiter arranged a very bad seat for us , which is near the kitchen .
The order of serving the  flamboyant popinjays scones  is from the best seat to the worst seat.

The afternoon starts at 3 pm but the waiter served us the flamboyant popinjays scones almost after an hour  like 4 pm...which is not acceptable .

The waiter keep entering and exiting from the emergency exit which is quite annoying,..

如果要求坐窗邊位真係要鬥快
服務員煮scones嘅時間係由靚位順序到最差既位，我地坐既位未算最差，但係下午茶3點開始我3點來到但係係火燒scones差不多4點先上，服務員喺每次煮之後都要入去kitchen 洗返隻鑊
因為我地近kitchen個位所以睇得一清二楚不停出入出入°佢哋嘅waiter喺同一個出口入,都幾混亂下。

The flamboyant popinjays scones , actually we came for this and it is below our exception , the scone is a bit soft and it has little bit wine and orange juice sauce, it is not very special and tasty.

火焰scone冇平時嘅scones咁香口,酒味就唔喺好覺但係多左好多橙味,等於一個鬆餅浸淋左咁樣，好唔好食就真係見仁見智。

In term of the service , it is very bad , it cannot be compared to The Peninsula , MO bar ,Grand Hyatt-Tiffin, SEVVA....

We ordered a Osmanthus Tea , i cannot taste it has Osmanthus smell and i talked with the waitress and see if its possible to change another drink..

but she just asked me to take few more sips , which is insane and very bad.

If the tea is bad, no matter how many sip you take , it still tastes like the same .

If it happens in the Peninsula or grand Hyatt, they would change another one for you immediately.

I asked the waitress for a wet tissue and tissue , she said yes but after 10 mins I still do not get the wet tissue..but the waitress was busy on something else.

The outlook of the tea set is very special .. my friend does not even want to take a photo of it...Also,  it does not taste very good , it is very normal .

最唔好食喺白色正方形果dessert
不過添置入邊係有好似奶黃嘅餡，普通，有少少中式，最靚埋個馬卡龍外面有閃粉中間嘅cream係薰衣草比較特別少少，不過個藍莓喺好容易跌出來。

A relatively special savories is Tuna and black olive muffin, the black olive is inside the bread  and inside has tuna.

另一個比較特別加送餅喺橄欖鬆餅喺咸嘅，整體來說食物一般般，有人直頭相都冇影到，說唔靚。

If you ask for the best dessert , i would choose the macaron, in the middle it has  lavender cream

   And the bread is too soft, the quality is not good...

 關於服務方面，其實都覺得幾差，同半島差好遠，叫左個桂花茶但係我飲唔到有桂花味，淡到不能形容，之後我同服務員個案睇下可唔可以加濃佢或者轉其他野飲佢竟然話不如你飲多幾啖試下先啦...
喺半島酒店的話服務員係即刻拎入去存放同你換個杯，所以對呢間酒店嘅下午茶都冇乜期望｡

This tea set price does not match with the service, quality of food , i would definitely not recommend any of you to try it .

梳乎厘鬆餅,千層酥控必試的餐廳-Wozi 窩子

Wozi 窩子是最近很想試的一間—餐廳，支持一下本地餐廳。

其實是為了它的Soufflé pancake而來的。

窩子是1950年成立，以窩：家為主軸。秉承四位founder之理念，把, 咖啡、熱食和甜品集於一身，在舊社區注入新的原素。

7點35分到達，差不多等了35分鐘才有位，這裡的待應不太足夠，本來佢想比張4人台後面既3位客人，但係這餐廳收9點，我不想食到趕頭趕命，所以同他理論，因為見到有2位客人都坐4人位， 待應先比我們入去。

 這裡環境有70 、80年代的感覺，有電子琴同書架作裝飾，椅子係有唔同款式，這餐廳都幾環保，牆壁上的poster 也是以前的卡通片。

待應說當天的 souffle pancake已sold out :O 超級失望！

所以決定叫另一款手撕豬肉waffle，另一款必點的菜式是酥皮夏威夷pizza，非常特別，我們亦點了另一款dessert  french千層酥。

之後待應說廚房計錯數，還有一份  soufflé pancake 能提供，所以我們立刻取消 手撕豬肉waffle ，點了經典牛油黑糖漿 soufflé pancake 。

大概等左15 到20分鐘，最先到的是 酥皮夏威夷pizza ，份量是二人的，剛剛焗好，要小心過熱 ，外皮好香好鬆化同脆，好好味，牛油味重，第一次食 酥皮  pizza ， 好有創意 ， 配合埋波蘿同火腿加粟米，好fresh ，唔會太油膩，好值得推介給大家。

 被形容為同幸福pancake差不多既本地小店，被評為性價比超高既疏乎里pancake  想試好耐了，終於俾我食到啦!

 這間的鬆餅是有限量的供應的，差點吃不到，失而復得的感覺真好。

 個pancake十分鬆軟，中間好有空氣感，鬆軟得黎外面又有d實在感，有蛋香味，牛油要等比較耐嘅時間先融化，食得出cream honey 係自己打，小小甜，好好食又唔貴。  誠意推介比大家試下。

即叫即焗，叫主菜時一起叫埋時間就剛剛好，賣相相當吸引，酥皮好鬆脆同香口，中間的雲尼拿cream好香甜， 三層酥皮夾著兩層雲尼拿cream一起吃，簡直是一大享受。
酥皮的頂層還有夾著cream曲奇，配埋朱古力雪糕和cream，仲有一條朱古力脆脆好滿足!

進駐K11 musea連續4年獲米芝蓮推介既東京拉麵店多賀野食評

k11 musea新開了二日，連續4年獲米芝蓮推介既東京拉麵店多賀野係k11musea開店，多賀野是一家位於東京住宅區的拉麵店，每天人流駱驛不絕，更曾連續4年（2015至2018年）獲得東京米芝蓮必比登美食推介，以及在日本食評網tabelog獲3.99高分（3.5分算是高分，4分十分罕見）新開將第2日人龍十分長，放工時間去要等一小時多先有位。

                                                         

店員說在日本人氣最高的是粟國味拉麵(海鹽拉麵)，所以點了這一款試試。($148)這裡的湯是以豬骨熬製而成的清湯，加入自家調配的醬油、鹽、等調味，喝起來爽口不油膩。

這款拉麵幼身，爽口彈牙。其他配料還有筍條、溏心蛋及叉燒，對女仕來說，份量足夠，男仕來說就不太夠。

湯底不油膩，不會太咸，味道剛口。
差燒不肥幾淋下，適合不愛吃肥肉的人。

自家製蟹肉薯餅 ($ 68)

有三件，蟹肉餅都算大件，點上也有配菜椰菜絲，隨碟附上一塊檸檬給你把檸檬汁滴在蟹肉餅上

另一款人氣高企的小食，外層炸粉十分鬆脆，不覺得油膩，內裡的薯蓉和洋蔥已經混為一體，洋蔥是切成一粒一粒的，配合秘製醬汁，好好食，值得推介｡

自家製原味炸雞 ($52) 

有四件，都算大件，外層好香口和鬆脆，內裡的雞十分滑，醬汁很開胃，是甜中帶酸，像蜜糖芥末醬,這配搭是很好。

另一款必試受歡迎的是豚鴨沾麵($168)：沾汁以鴨、魚、豬介等熬製而成，質地較稀，味道較清，不會覺得油膩和濃郁，而沾麵的麵條份量比湯麵較多，對男士來說，都算足夠。

這裡的麵條每日新鮮製造，質感既爽口又彈牙。餐廳內更設有製麵機，客人可以隔著玻璃看製麵過程。

After leaving Borabora , we stayed stayed 3 days in Tahiti and had some sightseeing there.

History:

and you will have to eat inside the hotel all the time , you may select the breakfast and dinner buffet package

The major difference between Bora bora and Maldives are:

-Bora bora is less commerical than Maldives , tourist can find citizen motu , hospital , school and restaurant outside hotel . In Maldives , most island only has one hotel , you have to eat in the hotel and no other options .

-In Borabora , it is surrounded by beautiful lagoon .

Food

The food in Bora bora is imported and it is expensive.

You can tried the best sashimi in the world as the local ingredient is the freshest. The fish is from the ocean but not the lagoon.

There is a restaurant near the Intercon hotel and you can walk along to the sea and then you will arrive there .

All visitors must try the Poisson Cru , which is a favorite Polynesian dish of tuna marinated in lime and coconut.

The famous dishes are the fish hamburger but it does not offer it every day and also the tuna salad with coconut milk .

I really like this taste and it is so refreshing and you feel so relax after eating it , it is tastiest meals .The

It is quite relaxing when you are eating and looking at such beautiful sea .

If you want to eat red meat , you can try the lamb , as mentioned before , the food are imported from nearby country ,

Unforgettable birthday in Auckland and Bora bora in 48 hours

My husband arranged a 48 hours birthday celebration for me on my birthday by using the international time line so I had my birthday celebration in  Auckland and Borabora , I found a birthday card when i get into the hotel room and there is a champagne and dry coconut , tea leaf with Tahiti signature flower.

It is an unforgettable birthday in my life .
